Setup Requirements: Ensure Location Number address matches store address. Standard settings are Fill or Kill, Yes (Local Plus), Yes (Quick ship)
Be Aware: Do not select nationwide for ATD, if a client is doing direct ordering. Selecting nationwide may cause issues with direct ordering.
Transfer Orders Instructions: Transfer orders work automatically, we have tested ex. Toyo Transfer order placed by Burt Brothers.
Multi Location Setup Instructions: Ensure you are using separate Location numbers for each of the client's stores.
Groupe Touchette
Setup Requirements: If client has more than one location, ensure for each location setup that UserName is store specific. And under Warehouse list select which warehouses to order from.

Barron Tire / TireCo / TDX
Setup Requirements: Simple setup, just turn on the 'Ordering is active' radio button
Be Aware: Barron along with TireCo / TDX, which are owned by the same company, are the slowest direct ordering connections, and can take up to 60 seconds for an order to go through.
Transfer Orders Instructions: From dealers we've spoken with, transfer orders are not applicable.
Multi Location Setup Instructions: Very few of our Barron / TireCo clients are multi-location, we have not been able to test this.
Community Tire
Things to Test: I noticed especially when I tried a transfer order that the PO number I entered did not show up on Community Tire invoice, let's test further.
Setup Requirements: Api key
Transfer Orders Instructions: Works automatically no additional setup required. - Further testing needs to be done on this.
Multi Location Setup Instructions: Ensure each location is using a separate Community Tire Wholesale api key.
K&M Tire
Setup Requirements: Ensure each store uses a unique api key, if client does transfer orders they will need a unique transfer api key for each of their stores as well.
Transfer Orders Instructions: Requires a unique transfer api key for each of client's store locations. Contact apisupport@kmtire.com if you don't have it.

Setup Requirements: For "Ship To" field make sure the address selected matches the store's address. We just added these details on address of ship to, so be careful that correct address has been selected. Example:
Transfer Orders Instructions: Should work automatically, if not working need to inform MFI that client is BARN, so they can adjust their settings.
Multi Location Setup Instructions: Still needs to be tested - Ensure 'Ship To' field matches Store address for all of client's stores.
TireHub
Setup Requirements: Each of client's locations needs a unique dealer code. Also ensure the Location( TireHub Warehouse) the dealer wants is selected.
Transfer Orders Instructions: Works automatically no additional setup required.
Multi Location Setup Instructions: Each of client's locations needs a unique dealer code. And ensure you are connecting to right TireHub warehouse, field listed as "Location" for each store
TR ( TireRack ) Wholesale
Setup Requirements: After pressing the "Ordering is active" radio button you must add the client's "Bill to" which is a 5,6 or,7 digit number (sometimes referred to as account number) it is typically the same for all the clients store locations and you also must add the client's "Ship To" this is a 3 digit number and is different for each of the client's store locations. Ex. BillTo-ShipTo appears as such on dealer's TR Invoice 545656-000 where the 545656 is the BillTo and 000 is the ShipTo
Be Aware: There are shipping costs associated with using TireRack. When a customer places a direct order, the shipping costs will be calculated and shown to client on the order placement screen in instore tool.
Transfer Orders Instructions: Currently we are under impression that transfer orders are not applicable to TireRack. If you find out this is not the case, please update this doc.
Multi Location Setup Instructions: Bill To (also referred to as account number) is a mandatory 7 digit number, it is typically the same across all locations for a given client. Ship To is a 3 digit number that is also mandatory for direct ordering to work, the Ship To number is unique to each store location.
US AutoForce ( USAF )
Setup Requirements: Further testing needs to be done with USAF to confirm requirements. At minimum you need an account number, but you should also include a Ship To Code (this field appears after "Ordering is active" radio button is turned on).
Transfer Orders Instructions: Requires auto-billing to be enabled with USAF for it to work, if auto-billing is not enabled, reach out to USAF to turn it on.
Multi Location Setup Instructions: Further testing needed. Add account numbers for each of locations (account numbers can be different for each location). If account numbers are the same for all locations, need to add unique Ship To Code for each location.
