Steps to create and activate Stripe account with TireConnect


  1. Create Stripe Account:

    Create a Stripe account https://dashboard.stripe.com/register

  2. Verify Your Email

    Once you register and login into your new Stripe account. You will need to verify your email.
    You can do this by logging into the email you used when registering with Stripe and finding an email from Stripe with the subject line: Verify your email to start using Stripe and click Verify email address button.
  3. Activate your Stripe Account
    1. Login into your Stripe Account.
    2. Proceed to activate your Stripe account:
    3. Complete all the steps in this section:
  4. Find and Copy your Account Credentials
    1. Click on Developers and then API keys in the main menu:
    2. Click Reveal live key button
    3. Once the Secret key is revealed, copy both the Publishable key and Secret key into an email.
  5. Send Stripe account credentials to TireConnect

    Send information to Tireconnect:
    1. Publishable key
    2. Secret key
    3. What percentage of the purchase you would like to charge online
    4. Send this information to: support@tireconnect.ca


  6. Our support team will activate Stripe in your Tireconnect account and will confirm next steps shortly.
