The Costco/Bridgestone team will reach out to us with a request to set up a new Costco location. Below is an example:
The Client can be found in the backend under "Costco - Rapid Delivery,". Ideally, when setting up a new dealer, you'll use a copy of one from the same country (copy from the USA for a new USA dealer and Canada for a Canadian one).
***All connections are to be set up to display tires at cost with ordering enabled and the Ordering PIN MUST be set to 905504***
**Once you are done setting up the new location, there is no need to send any details or credentials of any sort to the Costco team, you'll only need to notify them that it is all set up on our end. **
For USA dealers:
Costco USA locations will only connect to TireHub and Bridgestone IWS. No need to send any connection requests out.
For TireHub, the connection will be set up using the 6-digit Bridgestone account number for the Costco store in question with a "BS_" prefix. Using the example above, the TireHub dealer code will look like "BS_952697". Please test in SDT to confirm that the connection works beforehand. They may also provide you with the actual TireHub account number in certain cases which you would add as per usual.
For Bridgestone IWS, you'll just need to plug in their 6-digit Bridgestone account number and turn on " B2B location" and relabel the connection as Bridgestone DC (Rush Order). Horizon should be set to "1", Stock date offset to "2" and Order Type to "Rush Order"
For Canadian Dealers:
You only need to add DT Tire for Canadian Costco locations, please reach out to Marc (Marc-Olivier BĂ©lisle <mobelisle@tirelink.ca>)
and provide him with the Costco store details and he will provide you with the DT Tire credentials to be used. No need to provide the usual DT details such as account number, username, and password.
