____________________________________________________________________________

Introduction

The purpose of this module is for TireConnect team members to send connection requests from a centralized location, rather than individual emails going to designated contacts. As the supplier you will have the ability to approve, hold, or reject requests by accessing your TireConnect account.

2. Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll be placed on your TireConnect dashboard. For this purpose, the key item to note is the supplier connection requests statuses located at the top of the page.

You’ll be able to navigate to the full list of connection requests by clicking on the “Review Connection Requests” button, or simply clicking on “Connection Requests” on the left navigation bar.

3. Status

This section will outline the various statuses that can be applied to connection requests.

3.1 Pending

Pending - Connection request is in its first stage where an action is required (ie. Approve/Hold/Reject)

3.2 Invalid

Invalid - TireConnect team has tested the connection and have been unsuccessful in configuring the connection; will also have notes pertaining to this status.

At this point, the supplier has the same 3 actions that can be taken, “update”, “hold” or “reject”. The supplier will then need to review the request and update status accordingly.

3.3 In Progress

In Progress - Connection request is on hold as supplier is working on the request.

3.4 Approved

Approved - Connection request has been approved by the supplier and is ready to be configured by the TireConnect team.

3.5 Finalized

Finalized - Connection is configured on TireConnect side and request is now complete.

4. Connection Requests List

This page will house all connection requests, including ones that have completed setup. From this page, you’ll be able to review various connection details, including any credentials provided by the TireConnect team, created date, updated date, status and several actions.

To review the details of the request, simply click on the “i” on the far right of the actions. This will include details already displayed in the list such as “client credentials”, but will also include address and contact details. A popup window will appear with the extended details.

5. Actions

Various actions can be applied to the connection requests which are outlined in detail below.

5.1 Approve

Approve - This allows the supplier to confirm the details provided in the request are valid; will allow the supplier to provide any details required for the approval, as well as any notes.

Once approved, this will send a notification to the TireConnect team to validate the details of the request are authorized to be connected. Status is then changed to approved and no further action required by the supplier.

5.2 Hold

Hold - Will allow the supplier to set in a “pause” status as the supplier is working on the approval. Ie. verifying if the account is active with the supplier.

Once validated, the supplier can now either approve or reject the connection request.

5.3 Reject

Reject - allows the supplier to disapprove a connection request with the ability to provide notes pertaining to the rejection.

When rejected, this status is sent to the TireConnect team for review with any notes provided on the status.

6. Accessing Support
