Guide: TireConnect Procurement


  1. Access the Search Tool: Open the main dashboard and locate the search bar.

  2. Select Search Criteria: Choose to search by Tire Size, Part Number, or Vehicle details (Year, Make, Model).

  3. Filter Results: Use the filters on the left sidebar to narrow results by brand, category, or speed rating.


Step 2: Review Live Inventory and Pricing

  1. Check Availability: Click on a tire result to see real-time inventory levels across connected suppliers.

  2. Compare Costs: Review your wholesale cost versus the suggested retail price and check estimated delivery times.

  3. View Specifications: Click the "Info" or "Specs" icon to verify detailed product features and technical data.


Step 3: Add Items to Your Cart

  1. Select Quantity: Enter the number of tires required for the order.

  2. Add to Order: Click the "Add to Cart" or "Procure" button.

  3. Categorize by Supplier: If ordering from multiple sources, the system will automatically group items by supplier in your cart.


Step 4: Finalize the Order Details

  1. Go to Cart: Click the cart icon in the top right corner to review all selections.

  2. Enter PO Numbers: Input a unique Purchase Order (PO) number for the transaction.

  3. Fill Required Fields: Complete any supplier-specific requirements, such as delivery notes or warehouse selections.


Step 5: Place the Order

  1. Submit Order: Click the "Place Order" button to transmit the request to the supplier.

  2. Confirm Submission: Wait for the confirmation screen to appear.

  3. Save Receipt: Click the provided link to view or print the order receipt for your records.


Step 6: Track and Manage Orders

  1. Access Reports: Navigate to Reports > Supplier Orders to track existing orders.

  2. Monitor Status: Check if the order status is "Submitted," "In-Process," or "Completed."

  3. Convert Leads: For returning customers, go to the Leads Report and click "Acquire Tires" to quickly re-order previously quoted items.
