Guide: Analytics Dashboard


Part 1: Accessing Your Dashboard

  1. Log into your TireConnect account.

  2. Click the Reports dropdown on the left-hand navigation menu to view all reporting options.

  3. Select the Analytics dashboard to open your insights and reporting features.

  4. Expand the Tire Searches panel to dive into current trends and activity data.



Part 2: Applying Filters 

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your data by date, source, and market.

  1. Open the Date Range filter to select a preset period or create a custom date range for precise analysis.

  2. Click the Source dropdown to choose where your data comes from (e.g., select "API" for API-driven data, your website, or the in-store widget).

  3. Select the Market filter to isolate data geographically by province/state, city, zip/postal code, or specific dealer locations.

  4. Apply the Brand filter if you want to analyze performance for specific tire lines.

  5. Click Apply once your desired filters are set.



Part 3: Understanding Your Metrics 

As you review your filtered dashboard, keep these core definitions in mind:

  1. Tire Searches: Note the total number of searches completed within TireConnect.

  2. Actionable Leads: Review the quotes generated that require dealer follow-up to complete.

  3. General Leads: Review the quotes that do not require follow-up (e.g., a customer simply "viewed" a quote).

  4. Searches with Zero Results: Note searches that yielded no tires, which typically happens if pricing for a certain size isn't configured.



Part 4: Navigating Tables and Charts 

Scroll down the page to review the following detailed reports:

  1. Auto Service Appointments Table: Track the number of customers who booked an appointment using the Automotive Service widget.

  2. Leads Chart: View both general and actionable leads generated over the past 4 months.

  3. Leads Table: Review a detailed breakdown of all recorded quotes (Items 1 through 7 represent General Leads, while items 8 through 18 represent Actionable Leads).

  4. Conversion Rate Analysis: Compare two different metrics (e.g., the ratio of searches to quotes) by selecting them from the two available dropdowns.

  5. Top 20 Popular Tire Models: Check the top tire models, alongside the number of leads and orders for each.

  6. Top Tire Sizes: View the most frequently searched tire sizes on your platform.
